# Earnings Calendar API – Dates, Time of Day & EPS Estimates

US earnings calendar by date: ticker, pre-market or after-hours timing, consensus EPS forecast and estimate count, fiscal quarter, market cap and last year's EPS; reported EPS and surprise once results are out.

## What it returns

US company earnings by date from Nasdaq's public earnings calendar.

Each row: `date`, `symbol`, `name`, `timeOfDay` (`pre-market`, `after-hours`, or null when the company has not said), `epsForecast` (consensus), `numEstimates`, `eps` and `surprisePct` (once reported), `fiscalQuarterEnding`, `marketCap`, `lastYearReportDate`, `lastYearEps`.

Input: `dateFrom`, `dateTo` (up to 92 days per run), `symbols`, `timeOfDay`, `minMarketCap`, `maxItems`. Charged per event returned.

## Request

`POST https://api.pushbuild.com/earnings-calendar/run` with a JSON body. Send your key in the `X-API-Key` header.

| --- | --- | --- |
| `dateFrom` | string | YYYY-MM-DD. Default: today. |
| `dateTo` | string | YYYY-MM-DD, at most 92 days after the start. Default: 6 days after the start. |
| `symbols` | list of strings | Only these tickers. Leave empty for all. |
| `timeOfDay` | string: any, pre-market, after-hours | Keep only reports at this time of day. Default: `"any"`. |
| `minMarketCap` | integer | e.g. 10000000000 for large caps only. |
| `maxItems` | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: `100`. |

Each call returns up to 500 items. Records that fail validation or are not found are flagged in the items and not charged.
