## What it returns

Two modes. `pressReleases`: the FDA press-release feed with exact publish times, approval announcements flagged. `drugApprovals`: original NDA/BLA (and optionally ANDA) approvals from Drugs@FDA with approval date, sponsor, brand, ingredients, novelty class, review priority and approval letter link.

Charged per row returned.

## Request

`POST https://api.pushbuild.com/fda-approvals-feed/run` with a JSON body. Send your key in the `X-API-Key` header.

| `mode` | string: pressReleases, drugApprovals | Which source. Default: `"pressReleases"`. |
| `approvalsOnly` | boolean | Press releases: keep only approval, authorization and clearance announcements. Default: `false`. |
| `since` | string | Press releases: skip items published before this ISO date. |
| `dateFrom` | string | Drug approvals: YYYY-MM-DD. Default: 30 days before the end date. |
| `dateTo` | string | Drug approvals: YYYY-MM-DD. Default: today. |
| `applicationTypes` | list of strings | NDA, BLA, ANDA (generics). Default: NDA and BLA. |
| `novelOnly` | boolean | Drug approvals: only new molecular entities (NDA type 1) and original BLAs, which include biosimilars. Default: `false`. |
| `maxItems` | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: `100`. |

Each call returns up to 500 items. Records that fail validation or are not found are flagged in the items and not charged.
