Privacy policy: Pushbuild Connect

Pushbuild LLC ("Pushbuild", "we") provides software development and automation services to businesses. This policy covers the Pushbuild client account at pushbuild.com/account, the Pushbuild Connect browser extension, and the Pushbuild Connect desktop app.

What we collect

• Account information: names, work email addresses, and your organisation's name, so you can sign in and work with us.
• Things you give us: business notes, files, messages, and logins you choose to share.
• During a Connect session, only while one is open and only as your switches allow: the content of pages or screens we work on, screenshots, the actions we take, and (if "Record sessions" is on) a recording of the page with form inputs masked.
• If you turn on "Learning your tools": the names of the apps and websites you use, and for how long, for the days you agreed to.
• Device information: browser or operating system name and version, and when the device last connected.

What we don't collect

We don't collect browsing history, and nothing is collected outside a session. We don't capture what you type into password fields, and we don't sell or rent your data or use it for advertising.

How we use it

Only to deliver the work you've engaged us for, to keep your account secure, and to show you a record of what we did. People and automated assistants working for Pushbuild may access your data for those purposes, and every access to saved logins and every Connect session is recorded in your Activity log.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host or deliver the service (for example, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Session recordings are kept for 30 days. Other data is kept while you're a client and deleted within 90 days of your request or of the end of our engagement, unless the law requires us to keep it. Account owners can delete files and saved logins at any time.
