What it returns
Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) parcels with delinquent real estate tax joined to county assessments, mortgage foreclosure filings and unsatisfied tax liens: tax owed, years delinquent, last payment, deed age, absentee owner, condition and a distress score.
All fields come from public records published by the county or city.
