Pushbuild

Aircall automation that keeps every call, text and outcome in your CRM.

Aircall is the phone for your sales or support team. The work around it is what slows people down: logging calls, tagging outcomes, returning the one that rang out. Aircall has a public API and webhooks that report events such as calls and messages as they happen. We use them to feed your CRM, helpdesk and reports. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What sales and support teams that call with Aircall tell us before a project starts.

  • Agents finish a call and then spend minutes writing it up.
  • Missed calls on the shared line are not picked up by anyone in particular.
  • Call outcomes are not recorded the same way by everyone.
  • Sales and support cannot see each other's calls with a customer.
  • Managers pull reports by exporting call lists.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Calls and texts logged

Each call and text added to the contact or ticket, with the agent, length, tags and a link to the recording.

API integrations and data sync

Missed call follow-up

A missed or unanswered call creates a task for the right person and sends the caller a short text, then waits to be closed.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Outcome tags that drive the next step

When an agent tags a call, the deal stage changes, a task appears or a follow-up email is queued.

CRM setup and lead pipelines n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Questions people ask first

Does Aircall have an API?

Yes. Aircall has a public API and webhooks for calls and messages. Webhooks only report events from when they are switched on, so we set them up first.

Do agents have to change how they work?

Only slightly, for example by using the same tags on every call. Everything else is done for them.

Can it work with our helpdesk and our CRM?

Usually, if they have an API or connect through Zapier or Make. We check this before scoping.
