Pushbuild

A CRM that knows about every lead.

We set up the CRM you already pay for, or help you pick one, so every enquiry lands in it, gets an owner and gets a follow-up. Forms, inbox, calendar and accounting are connected, and the old spreadsheet is imported and cleaned on the way in.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from businesses before a project like this starts.

  • Leads come in by email, phone, the website and referrals, and each one is typed in by hand, if at all.
  • We bought HubSpot a year ago and still track deals in a spreadsheet.
  • Nobody knows who is supposed to call a new lead back, so sometimes nobody does.
  • Our contact list has three copies of half our customers.
  • We can't say how many leads we got last month or where they came from.

What buyers usually need

The requests that come up most often for this kind of work, and what each one takes to work properly.

01

Every enquiry in one place

Website forms, the shared inbox and phone messages create the contact and the deal automatically, tagged with where they came from.

02

An owner and a next step on every lead

Assignment rules, a task for the owner, and a reminder if nobody has touched the lead by the next morning.

03

A pipeline that matches how you sell

Stages your team actually uses, the fields each stage needs, and automatic moves when something happens.

04

The spreadsheet moved in, cleanly

Contacts and open deals imported with duplicates merged and fields mapped, plus a count of what was skipped and why.

05

Follow-up that runs on its own

Email sequences and tasks that start on a new lead and stop the moment the person replies or books.

06

Numbers you can trust

A simple report of leads by source, stage and owner, so the weekly meeting starts from the same figures.

Tools that come up most: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Salesforce Essentials, Gmail and Outlook, Google Forms, Typeform, Calendly, QuickBooks and Zapier.

What you get

How we approach it

The habits that keep this kind of project from going wrong.

1

Write the path down first

Before touching settings we write down every way a lead arrives and what should happen next, and agree it with you.

2

Fewer fields, used every time

We keep the required fields to the ones your team will actually fill in, so the data stays clean after we leave.

3

Test with real paths

Each path is tested with test contacts: web form, email, phone note, reply, booking. You get the log.

4

Your account, your data

Everything is built inside your own CRM account, named so your team can find and change it.

How we work

You describe it. We write it down, build it, and hand it over.

  1. You describe it

Tell us what you need in your own words, and which tools you already use. A few lines is plenty to start.

  2. A written scope

We reply with a short written scope: what gets built, what is out of scope, which accounts we need, and how we'll both know it works. You know what you're getting before work begins.

  3. Milestones you review

The work is split into milestones. At each one you see it working in your own account and sign it off before we go on.

  4. Handover and a 30-day fix window

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. If anything we built breaks in the next 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

What shapes the scope

  • How many ways leads arrive
  • How many pipelines and team members
  • How much data is being moved in, and how clean it is
  • Links to accounting, calendars or other tools

Always included

  • A written scope before work starts
  • Milestones you review and sign off
  • Documentation and a walkthrough at handover
  • A 30-day window for fixes, at no charge

Pushbuild has built software for businesses since 2010, for more than 40 clients. Every project is led by a former public-company CTO, from Groton, Massachusetts. See products we've built.

Questions people ask first

Which CRM should we use?

If you already pay for one, we usually set that one up properly rather than switching. If you have none, we recommend one in the scope based on your team size, how you sell and what it has to connect to.

Do you need our CRM login?

No. Add us as a user with the permissions the scope needs, and remove the user at handover. Nothing we build depends on our account.

Can you clean up our existing data?

Yes. We agree the merge rules with you first, import into the new setup and give you a log of what was merged, imported or skipped.

What if we want changes halfway through?

Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are included. Anything new gets its own short written scope, and we only do it if you approve it.

What happens after handover?

For 30 days we fix anything we built that does not work as the scope describes, at no charge. After that, further work is scoped the same way.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
