Sound familiar?
What architecture firms tell us before a project starts.
- Every new project starts with copying an old folder and renaming forty files by hand.
- We write the proposal from a blank page each time and forget what we quoted on the last similar job.
- Hours are guessed on Friday, so we can't tell which phase is running over.
- Nobody is sure which drawing set the client approved or when it was issued.
- Consultants, contractors and clients send comments by email and some get lost.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Project setup from a template
One form creates the project folder, naming, task list and contact record, so every job starts the same way.
Google Sheets and Apps Script automation n8n, Make and Zapier automationProposal generator
Fee proposals assembled from a sheet of phases, rates and standard wording, ready for a principal to review and send.
Google Sheets and Apps Script automation Excel and VBA toolsTime and phase tracking
Hours entered against project and phase, with a weekly view of budget used per phase so overruns show early.
Dashboards and reporting Notion and Airtable systemsDrawing issue and transmittal log

Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We work with the drawing, project and accounting software you have. The aim is to remove the retyping between them, not to move your drawings.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your team can change it without us.
Can it work from the field?
Yes. Site visit notes, photos and approvals can be captured from a phone or tablet and filed to the project.
How do we start?
Tell us which tools you use and the one task that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
