Automations that keep running.

Zapier, Make and n8n can take hours of copy-paste out of every week, but they need building with care: error handling, clear naming and alerts. We build new flows, fix the ones that keep breaking, and move flows between tools when costs or limits bite.

Sound familiar?

Signs this is costing you time every week.

  • Hours each week go on copying between the same few apps.
  • Somebody built a zap years ago, and nobody knows what it does.
  • The automation bill keeps climbing with every task.
  • When a flow fails, nobody finds out until something is missed.

Where it comes up

The same problem looks a little different in each kind of business.

Agencies

Client onboarding, reporting and hand-offs.

E-commerce

Orders, reviews, fulfilment and customer messages.

Professional services

Intake, documents, invoices and reminders.

Small teams of any kind

The glue between forms, email, sheets and CRM.

Ways to start

Three example packages, from a single fix to a complete system. Yours gets its own written scope.

Package 1

One workflow

For: A team doing the same copy-paste every day.

One workflow automated end to end, with error handling.

You get

  • The workflow built and tested
  • Error handling and a failure alert
  • Clear names and notes on each step
  • A test log of each path

Package 2

Automation clean-up

For: A business with flows nobody fully understands.

Your existing flows reviewed, repaired, documented and given alerts.

You get

  • An inventory of every flow and what it does
  • Broken or risky flows repaired
  • Alerts on failure
  • A map of the flows for your team

Package 3

Move to n8n or code

For: A business whose automation bill or limits have outgrown the tool.

High-volume flows moved to self-hosted n8n or a small service, with the same results.

You get

  • Flows rebuilt in n8n or code
  • Hosting in your account
  • Side-by-side check before switching
  • Running-cost comparison

How we work

A written scope first, then working progress you can check, then a proper handover.

  1. You describe it

Tell us what you need in your own words, and which tools you already use. A few lines is plenty to start.

  2. A written scope

We reply with a short written scope: what gets built, what is out of scope, which accounts we need, and how we'll both know it works. You know what you're getting before work begins.

  3. Milestones you review

The work is split into milestones. At each one you see it working in your own account and sign it off before we go on.

  4. Handover and a 30-day fix window

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. If anything we built breaks in the next 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

Pushbuild has built software for businesses since 2010, for more than 40 clients. Every project is led by a former public-company CTO, from Groton, Massachusetts. See products we've built.

Questions people ask first

Which tool should we use?

Zapier for simple, low-volume steps; Make for more complex logic; n8n when volume, cost or data control matter. We recommend one in the scope.

Will it be in our account?

Yes. Every flow lives in your own Zapier, Make or n8n account.

Can you add AI steps?

Yes: classifying, extracting and drafting, with a person approving what matters.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about the problem and the tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
