Pushbuild

GoHighLevel, set up so leads get answered.

We build the pipelines, forms, calendars and follow-up workflows in your HighLevel account, and connect it to the tools around it. You get a working system and the notes to run it, with the scope agreed in writing before we start.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from businesses before a project like this starts.

  • Leads come in from the website and Facebook, and half of them never get a reply.
  • We pay for HighLevel every month and use it as an address book.
  • We moved from ClickFunnels and a separate email tool, and nothing is wired up properly yet.
  • Bookings, reminders and no-show follow-ups are all done by hand.
  • Every new client sub-account takes a day to set up, and each one comes out slightly different.

What buyers usually need

The requests that come up most often for this kind of work, and what each one takes to work properly.

01

An instant text when a Facebook lead comes in

Lead ads connected to the right form, a workflow that fires within a minute, and A2P registration done so the texts actually deliver.

02

New enquiry to booked appointment, automatically

One pipeline, a booking calendar and a follow-up sequence that stops the moment the person replies or books.

03

Clean sub-accounts for a new client

Pipelines, custom values, calendars and phone setup built the same way every time, ideally from a snapshot.

04

A migration from ClickFunnels, HubSpot or spreadsheets

Funnels rebuilt, contacts and open deals imported, and tags mapped so nothing is lost on the way in.

05

A reusable snapshot to sell to clients

A tested snapshot with custom values, so names, links and phone numbers change per client without editing every workflow.

06

HighLevel connected to everything else

Webhooks, Zapier, Make or n8n for the tools HighLevel has no built-in link to: Skool, accounting, Sheets, your own app.

Tools that come up most: Facebook Lead Ads, Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, Google Sheets, Skool, ClickFunnels, Twilio and A2P 10DLC.

What you get

Concrete pieces, each one something you can open and check when it's done.

Forms and funnels into the CRM

Website, funnel and Facebook lead forms that create the contact, tag the source and drop the deal in the right stage.

Forms, surveys, funnels, Facebook and Google lead ads

Follow-up workflows

SMS and email sequences that start within a minute of a new lead and stop when the person replies or books.

Workflows, triggers, SMS and email templates

Calendars and reminders

Booking calendars, round-robin assignment, confirmations, reminders and no-show follow-up.

Calendars, appointment workflows, Google and Outlook sync

Snapshots for agencies

A tested snapshot that loads a complete client setup into a new sub-account in minutes.

Lead-to-booking system for a roofing company (GoHighLevel)

Lead-to-booking system for a roofing company (GoHighLevel)

Northfield Roofing was losing leads from Facebook ads and their website because nobody called back fast enough. We built a GoHighLevel system that texts every new lead within seconds, notifies the sales rep, and lets the homeowner book a free inspection from a link. Leads that don't reply get an automatic call to the rep and a 7-day SMS and email follow-up that stops when they answer.

  • Inspection landing page and form (desktop and mobile)
  • Speed-to-lead workflow: instant SMS, rep alert, booking link, quiet hours
  • Booked / no-response branches with reminders and a 7-day nurture
  • Residential Roofing pipeline with stages from new lead to won

Automated client onboarding for a marketing agency (n8n)

Automated client onboarding for a marketing agency (n8n)

A marketing agency spent about an hour setting up every new client by hand: a Drive folder, a Slack channel, a project in ClickUp, CRM updates and a welcome email. We built an n8n workflow that runs the moment a client pays in Stripe. It creates the shared folder, channel and 14-task onboarding project, moves the HubSpot deal to Onboarding, sends the welcome email with a kickoff-call link, and logs the client to a roster sheet. Failed steps retry with backoff, then alert the team with the payload.

  • Stripe-triggered n8n workflow with plan-based branching
  • Google Drive folder from a template, Slack channel with invites, ClickUp project from a template
  • HubSpot deal update, welcome email, and roster logging in Google Sheets
  • Error workflow: retries, Slack alert and an email to the owner

n8n (self-hosted), Stripe webhooks, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot and Gmail APIs, Docker. The same build can be done in Zapier or Make.

How we approach it

The habits that keep this kind of project from going wrong.

1

Map the journey first

Before building anything we write down the path from first enquiry to paid customer, and every point where a person should or should not be contacted.

2

Test every path

Each workflow is tested with real test contacts: new lead, reply, booking, no-show, cancellation. You get the test log.

3

Delivery before volume

Texting is checked for A2P status and sending limits before any workflow goes live, so messages are not silently dropped.

4

Built to be handed over

Workflows are named and foldered so your team can find and change them without us.

How we work

You know what you're getting before work begins, and you see it working at every milestone.

  1. You describe it

Tell us what you need in your own words, and which tools you already use. A few lines is plenty to start.

  2. A written scope

We reply with a short written scope: what gets built, what is out of scope, which accounts we need, and how we'll both know it works. You know what you're getting before work begins.

  3. Milestones you review

The work is split into milestones. At each one you see it working in your own account and sign it off before we go on.

  4. Handover and a 30-day fix window

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. If anything we built breaks in the next 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

What shapes the scope

  • How many pipelines, forms and workflows
  • Whether a snapshot has to work across many sub-accounts
  • How much data is being moved in, and how clean it is
  • Links to tools outside HighLevel

Always included

  • A written scope before work starts
  • Milestones you review and sign off
  • Documentation and a walkthrough at handover
  • A 30-day window for fixes, at no charge

Pushbuild has built software for businesses since 2010, for more than 40 clients. Every project is led by a former public-company CTO, from Groton, Massachusetts. See products we've built.

Questions people ask first

Do you need my HighLevel login?

No. Add us as a user on the sub-account (or agency account, for snapshots) with the permissions the scope needs. Remove the user at handover and nothing stops working.

Who owns the setup when you're done?

You do. Everything is built inside your account, so the workflows, forms and snapshots stay there. Any Zapier, Make or n8n scenarios are built in your own account, not ours.

How long does it take?

Most setups take one to three weeks from the signed scope, depending mostly on how quickly we get access and answers to the questions in the scope.

Will my SMS actually be delivered?

US texting from HighLevel needs A2P 10DLC registration. We tell you in the scope whether yours is done and can prepare the registration with you, but approval is decided by the carriers, not by us or HighLevel.

What if I want changes halfway through?

Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are included. Anything new gets its own short written scope, and we only do it if you approve it.

What happens after handover?

For 30 days we fix anything we built that does not work as the scope describes, at no charge. After that, further work is scoped the same way and agreed with you before we start.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
