Pushbuild

Every lead answered, none forgotten.

Leads arrive by form, email, phone and referral, and too many fall through the gaps. We get every one into a CRM with an owner and a next step, automate the follow-up, and show you where they come from.

Sound familiar?

Signs this is costing you time every week.

  • New enquiries are typed into a spreadsheet, if anyone remembers.
  • Nobody is sure who should call a lead back.
  • The CRM is paid for every month and used as an address book.
  • You can't say how many leads came in last month, or from where.

Where it comes up

The same problem looks a little different in each kind of business.

Home services and trades

Quote requests from the website, calls and referral partners.

Agencies

Client sub-accounts and lead hand-off to sales.

Professional services

Enquiries, intake and consultation booking.

Real estate and insurance

Portal leads, fast first reply and long follow-up.

Ways to start

Three example packages, from a single fix to a complete system. Yours gets its own written scope.

Package 1

Capture and assign

For: A business losing leads between inbox, phone and website.

Every enquiry lands in the CRM with a source, an owner and a task.

You get

  • Forms and inbox connected to the CRM
  • Source recorded on every lead
  • Assignment rules and owner tasks
  • A test log of each path

Package 2

Capture, follow up and book

For: A team that answers slowly or forgets to follow up.

Everything in Capture and assign, plus follow-up that runs on its own and a booking link.

You get

  • Pipeline stages that match how you sell
  • Follow-up that stops on reply or booking
  • Booking calendar linked to the pipeline
  • Overdue-lead reminders

Package 3

Full lead system

For: A business that wants the whole path from enquiry to invoice joined up.

Everything above, plus your old data moved in, accounting connected and a lead report.

You get

  • Spreadsheet or old-CRM data imported and cleaned
  • Won deals pushed to QuickBooks or Xero
  • Lead report by source, stage and owner
  • Notes and a walkthrough for the team

How we work

You describe it. We write it down, build it, and hand it over.

  1. You describe it

Tell us what you need in your own words, and which tools you already use. A few lines is plenty to start.

  2. A written scope

We reply with a short written scope: what gets built, what is out of scope, which accounts we need, and how we'll both know it works. You know what you're getting before work begins.

  3. Milestones you review

The work is split into milestones. At each one you see it working in your own account and sign it off before we go on.

  4. Handover and a 30-day fix window

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. If anything we built breaks in the next 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

Pushbuild has built software for businesses since 2010, for more than 40 clients. Every project is led by a former public-company CTO, from Groton, Massachusetts. See products we've built.

Questions people ask first

Which CRM do you work with?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, GoHighLevel and Salesforce Essentials most often. If you already pay for one, we usually set that one up properly.

Can follow-up go by text?

Yes, where your CRM supports it. US business texting needs carrier registration, which we check and help you prepare.

Can AI answer or sort new enquiries?

Yes: classifying enquiries, drafting first replies for a person to approve, and pulling details out of emails. See our AI automation page.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about the problem and the tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
