Sound familiar?
What call centers tell us before a project starts.
- Call notes get typed into the CRM after the call and some never get typed.
- Clients ask for a daily summary and we build it by hand.
- Agent schedules and shift swaps live in a spreadsheet and a group chat.
- QA scoring is a form per call and nobody can see trends.
- Billing is by minutes or by call and the counts never match the client's.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Call outcome to the client's CRM
Example: an answering service logs each call's reason and outcome to the client's CRM and creates a callback task when the caller asks for one.
Phone system, CRM API, a workflow toolExample project
Morning summary for each client
Example: a call center sends each client, before nine, a short email with yesterday's calls, missed calls and callbacks pending.
Call data, Google Sheets, emailExample project
Shift swap requests
Example: agents ask to swap shifts in a form. A supervisor approves it, the schedule updates and both agents get a confirmation.
Form, Google Sheets, Apps ScriptQuestions people ask first
Do we have to change phone systems?
No. We work with the one you use, through the integrations, exports and notifications it supports. We check what yours offers before writing the scope.
Can you work with recorded calls?
We can move recordings and call details between your systems. Any handling of sensitive caller data stays in systems set up for it, and we agree that in the scope.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, with notes so your team can run it.
How do we start?
Tell us your phone system, CRM and the report or task that costs the most time. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
