Pushbuild

Jobber Zapier workflows that stop requests slipping through.

A request, quote or completed job in Jobber can start steps in the other tools you use, and a form or call elsewhere can create the client and request in Jobber, all through Zapier. Each Zap checks for an existing client first, and a failure sends you the client and the step involved. We agree the scope with you in writing before we start.

Sound familiar?

What service businesses on Jobber tell us before a project starts.

  • Requests from our site and our ad pages are copied into Jobber by hand.
  • Quotes sit as sent for weeks because nobody follows up.
  • We'd like a review request after every job, and it only happens when someone remembers.
  • Jobber and our marketing tool disagree about who is a customer.
  • Zapier shows the Jobber connection but not the trigger we actually need.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Requests created from anywhere

Website forms, ad lead forms and booking tools create the client, property and request in Jobber, with a lookup first so repeat clients are matched.

Quote chasing

A Zap watches sent quotes, reminds the office after a set number of days and sends the client a short follow-up until it is approved or closed.

After-job steps

A completed job triggers a thank-you, a review request and a row in your sheet, held back automatically if the invoice is unpaid.

Marketing list in step

New and lapsed clients are added to or removed from your email or text lists, so campaigns reach the right people.

Where the app is thin

Where Zapier's Jobber app lacks a trigger or action you need, we use Jobber's GraphQL API through a webhook or code step, subject to what your plan allows.

API integrations and data sync

Alerts, backfill and notes

Failures go to chat with the client name, requests missed during a gap are added, and handover notes name every Zap and who owns it.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Roofing leads into requests

Example: a roofing contractor wants every lead from its ad landing page to create a Jobber client and request with the address, and text the estimator.

Quote nudge on day three

Example: a landscaping firm wants clients who have not answered a quote after three days to get a short email, and the office to see the list.

Questions people ask first

Isn't there already a native connector or app for this?

Jobber has a Zapier app and several direct integrations, and they cover many common cases. We check what yours can do, build the Zaps with lookups and alerts, and reach for the API where the ready-made triggers fall short.

Do we need a particular Jobber plan?

Integration and API access can depend on your plan, so we confirm that with you first and write it into the scope.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It lives in your own Jobber and Zapier accounts, and the notes let your office change it.

How do we start?
