Sound familiar?
What auto dealerships tell us before a project starts.
- Internet leads sit for hours and the buyer has already visited another lot.
- Inventory is on the website, three listing sites and a spreadsheet, and they never match.
- Salespeople forget to follow up on people who did not buy the first time.
- Appointments get set and then the customer does not show.
- We cannot see which lead sources actually sell cars.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Lead reply in a minute
Example: an independent used-car dealer wants every web lead texted within a minute with the car they asked about, then assigned to a salesperson with a reminder if it is not touched.
GoHighLevel, SMS, round-robinExample project
One inventory source
Example: a small dealer keeps inventory in a spreadsheet and wants it published to the website and listing sites in the format each one asks for.
Google Sheets, scheduled export, feed filesExample project
Test drive no-show recovery
Example: a customer who misses a test drive gets a message the same day with new times, and the salesperson sees the status in the CRM.
CRM, SMS, booking linkQuestions people ask first
Do we have to switch software?
No. Most of the work is connecting your dealer system and CRM to the tools around it. If something can't do what you need, we say so in the scope and lay out the options before anything changes.
Do you work inside our dealer management system?
We work with what the system lets other tools do, such as integrations, exports and notifications. We check what yours supports first, and the scope says what can and cannot be connected.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.
How do we start?
Tell us which tools you use and the one thing that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
