Pushbuild

Software that shows an Amazon seller what is selling, what it costs and what to reorder.

We build the small tools around an Amazon business: pulling your sales and fee data into one place, keeping an eye on stock and competitor prices, and handling the repetitive spreadsheet work. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What Amazon sellers tell us before a project starts.

  • I only find out my real profit on a product when I do the books at month end.
  • Stock runs out because the reorder spreadsheet is a week out of date.
  • Competitor prices change and I notice days later.
  • Every report from Seller Central is a download that I paste into a sheet.
  • Supplier invoices, purchase orders and FBA shipments live in different places.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Sales, fees and profit per product

Orders, fees, ad spend and product cost pulled together, so you see profit per product, not just revenue.

Dashboards and reporting API integrations and data sync

Reorder alerts

Stock levels and sales speed turned into a reorder list, with a message when a product is about to run low.

Python scripts and utilities

Competitor price and listing watching

Competitor prices, stock and listing changes checked on a schedule, with a daily summary of what moved.

Web scraping and data pipelines

Reports without the downloads

Scheduled reports from Seller Central brought into a sheet or database automatically, in the same layout each time.

Python scripts and utilities API integrations and data sync

Supplier paperwork

Supplier invoices and packing lists read into structured fields and matched to purchase orders.

PDF and document data extraction

Books that match the marketplace

Settlement data summarised and sent to your accounting system in a form your bookkeeper can use.

QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot integrations

Amazon sellers software we work with: Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, ShipStation, Shopify, Keepa, Sellerboard.

And the general tools around it: Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Airtable, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Profit per product dashboard

Example: a seller with sixty products wants one page showing units, fees, ad spend and landed cost, so the weak products are obvious.

Seller Central reports, Google Sheets, a dashboard

Example project

Low-stock reorder list

Example: a seller with a supplier lead time of six weeks wants a daily list of products that will run out before the next shipment could arrive.

Seller Central data, Python, email

Example project

Competitor price watch

Example: a seller watches ten rival listings. Each morning a short email lists price changes and out-of-stock rivals.

Scraper, a database, email
Competitor price monitor for an outdoor-gear retailer (web scraping)

Example build

Competitor price monitor for an outdoor-gear retailer (web scraping)

  • Scheduled crawlers for 4 competitor sites, with retries and a rotating proxy pool
  • Product matching against the store's Shopify catalog (GTIN first, then title + brand)
  • Dashboard: price position per SKU, 30-day price history, alerts feed
  • Slack and email alerts for undercuts, price moves, coupons and stock changes

Python, Playwright, Scrapy, PostgreSQL, Shopify Admin API, Google Sheets API, Docker

Questions people ask first

Is it allowed to pull data from my Seller account?

We use the reports and access Amazon offers to sellers and follow the rules for that access. We tell you in the scope what is possible for your account and what is not.

Do I need a developer account?

Some data access needs one. We explain what is required before we start and do the setup with you.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It runs in your own accounts, with notes on how it works.

How do we start?

Tell us what you sell, how many products, and the report you wish you had. We reply with questions or a written scope.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
