Pushbuild

Acuity appointments connected to your clients, payments and follow-up.

We connect Acuity Scheduling to the rest of your practice or studio: new clients land in your CRM, intake answers reach the right place, packages are tracked, and reminders and follow-up go out on their own. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What appointment businesses on Acuity Scheduling tell us before a project starts.

  • New clients book through Acuity and I retype them into my client list.
  • Intake answers sit in Acuity and never reach my notes.
  • Clients buy a package and I lose count of what they have left.
  • I want a thank-you or a review request after each visit and it never gets sent.
  • I run several calendars and can't see them as one schedule.

Questions people ask first

Does Acuity allow outside connections?

Yes. Acuity has a REST API and webhooks for appointment events such as scheduled, rescheduled and canceled. It also connects to other tools through Zapier. We confirm what your plan can use first.

Does intake data stay safe?

Where a practice handles patient health information, that data stays in the systems set up for it. We connect scheduling and contact details, and we agree in the scope what is and isn't passed along.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.
