One set of records across every system.

When the CRM, the accounting system, the store and the warehouse each hold their own version of the truth, someone ends up re-typing and reconciling. We connect them with sync you can trust: mapped, logged, and loud when something fails.

Sound familiar?

Signs this is costing you time every week.

  • Orders are copied between systems by hand every day.
  • The built-in integration drops fields without telling anyone.
  • A zap breaks and you find out from a customer.
  • Two systems disagree about the same customer.

Where it comes up

The same problem looks a little different in each kind of business.

E-commerce and wholesale

Store, warehouse, ERP and accounting in step.

Professional services

CRM, project tool and invoicing joined up.

Logistics

TMS, customer portals and carrier APIs.

SaaS and agencies

Product data into CRM and billing.

Ways to start

Three example packages, from a single fix to a complete system. Yours gets its own written scope.

Package 1

One-way sync

For: One system feeding another by hand today.

Records created or updated in a second system automatically, with a log.

You get

  • Field mapping agreed in writing
  • Scheduled or webhook sync
  • Run log and failure alerts
  • Notes on changing the mapping

Package 2

Two-way sync

For: Two systems that both get edited.

Both systems kept in step, with clear rules for conflicts.

You get

  • Source-of-truth rules per field
  • Loop protection
  • Backfill of past records
  • A test log of create, update and conflict cases

Package 3

Integration hub

For: A business with several systems that all need to agree.

Several systems connected through one service, with one status view.

You get

  • Connections for each system in scope
  • A status page of what synced and what is waiting
  • Alerts to the right person
  • Handover notes and a walkthrough

How we work

You describe it. We write it down, build it, and hand it over.

  1. You describe it

Tell us what you need in your own words, and which tools you already use. A few lines is plenty to start.

  2. A written scope

We reply with a short written scope: what gets built, what is out of scope, which accounts we need, and how we'll both know it works. You know what you're getting before work begins.

  3. Milestones you review

The work is split into milestones. At each one you see it working in your own account and sign it off before we go on.

  4. Handover and a 30-day fix window

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. If anything we built breaks in the next 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

Pushbuild has built software for businesses since 2010, for more than 40 clients. Every project is led by a former public-company CTO, from Groton, Massachusetts. See products we've built.

Questions people ask first

Zapier, Make or custom code?

For simple steps, a no-code tool is often right. For volume, two-way sync or strict error handling, a small service is cheaper and more reliable. The scope says which and why.

Where does it run?

In your own hosting or automation accounts, with keys you control.

What if a system has no API?

Exports, email reports or webhooks often work instead. If there's truly no way in, we tell you before any work is paid for.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about the problem and the tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
