Pushbuild

Software that keeps an auto repair shop's customers informed and its bays full.

We connect the tools an auto repair shop already uses, so a customer can book online, approve an estimate by text, hear when the car is ready, and get a reminder when service is due. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What auto repair shops tell us before a project starts.

  • Advisors spend the day on the phone answering where is my car.
  • Customers say they will think about the estimate and then we never hear back.
  • Appointments come by phone, text and walk-in, and the schedule does not match.
  • Service reminders go out when someone remembers.
  • Reviews come from the angry customers and not the happy ones.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Online booking

Customers choose a service and a time on your site, and the appointment appears in the shop schedule with the vehicle and the concern.

Booking and scheduling systems API integrations and data sync

Estimate approval by text

The estimate goes to the customer's phone with photos from the inspection, and the approval comes back to the advisor.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation API integrations and data sync

Status updates

Customers get a text when the car is checked in, when work starts and when it is ready, which cuts the status calls.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Service reminders

Reminders by mileage or date from past work, with a booking link and a note if a previous recommendation was declined.

CRM setup and lead pipelines GoHighLevel setup

Review requests

A request goes out after pickup to customers who were happy, and a complaint goes to the manager first.

GoHighLevel setup

Shop numbers

Car count, average repair order, approval rate and bay use on one page for the owner.

Dashboards and reporting ETL and data pipelines

Auto repair software we work with: Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, Mitchell 1, AutoLeap.

And the general tools around it: QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Twilio, Zapier, Make, n8n.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Declined work follow-up

Example: a shop lists recommended work that a customer declined. Three weeks later the customer gets a short text with a link to book it, and a note appears on the advisor's screen.

Shop software, Twilio, scheduling

Text-to-approve estimates

Example: a shop wants each estimate sent with inspection photos, and the customer's reply to update the repair order so the tech can start.

API, SMS, shop software

Example project

Weekly numbers for the owner

Example: an owner with two locations wants car count, approval rate and average repair order for each, on one page emailed on Monday.

Questions people ask first

Do we have to switch software?

No. Most of the work is connecting your shop management system to the tools around it. If something can't do what you need, we say so in the scope and lay out the options before anything changes.

Will this work with my shop management system?

Many shop systems offer integrations or exports. We check what yours supports first, and the scope says what can be connected before you commit.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.
