What it returns
One schema over 7 US counties and cities: Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Milwaukee. Public records on tax owed, foreclosure, tax liens, vacancy, estate or heir owners, absentee owners, deed age and a distress score.
Every row has the same fields (county, state, parcelId, address, owner, mailingAddress, estateOrHeir, absenteeOwner, taxOwed, inForeclosure, taxLienOrSale, vacant, lastSaleDate, deedAgeYears, marketValue, score), plus the county's own fields under details. Coverage differs by county: Pittsburgh publishes no owner names, Baltimore and Chicago publish no current tax owed, and Detroit's money field is unpaid blight fines.
All fields come from public records published by each county or city. Data comes straight from the public source on each run. Pay per row returned.
