What it returns
Nasdaq's official lists of noncompliant issuers (bid price, equity, late filing...) and issuers pending suspension or delisting, snapshotted daily with the date each row first appeared and the date it dropped off. Rebuild the lists as of any past day.

POST https://api.pushbuild.com/nasdaq-noncompliant-issuers/run with a JSON body. Send your key in the X-API-Key header.

knownAsOf | string | Return the lists as they stood on this day (rows first seen on or before it and not yet removed). Snapshots start 2026-10-25. |
includeRemoved | boolean | Also return rows that have dropped off the lists (regained compliance or delisted), with removedAt. Default: false. |
since | string | Only rows added or removed on or after this day. Use with includeRemoved for a change feed. |
maxItems | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: 100. |
