Pushbuild

Bought a pack? We'll set it up for you.

Each of our automation packs runs in your own accounts: n8n, plus Twilio, your email, Google Sheets, Slack, QuickBooks or Xero, depending on the pack. If you'd rather not set those up yourself, we do it in your name, connect everything, import the workflows and run a real test before we hand it over.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from businesses before a project like this starts.

  • We bought the pack but haven't had time to set up n8n.
  • Twilio's texting registration is confusing and we don't want our messages blocked.
  • We're not sure where each API key goes or which permissions it needs.
  • We want the accounts in our own name, not a contractor's.
  • We set it up but the test call or test invoice doesn't come through.

What buyers usually need

The requests that come up most often for this kind of work, and what each one takes to work properly.

01

n8n in your name

An n8n Cloud account you own, or n8n self-hosted on your server with HTTPS and backups, reachable for the webhooks the pack uses.

02

A Twilio number for texting

A Twilio account and number in your name, with the texting registration US carriers require (A2P 10DLC) submitted for you to approve.

03

Keys and connections

Email (IMAP and SMTP), Google Sheets, Slack, QuickBooks Online or Xero, and API keys such as OpenAI, connected as n8n credentials with only the permissions the pack needs.

04

The workflows imported and edited

The pack's workflows imported, pointed at your sheets and channels, with your business name, hours and message wording.

05

Tested end to end

A real missed call, a real test lead or a real test invoice run through before handover, with the result written down.

06

Handed over

A short note of every account, where each key lives and how to turn each workflow off.

Tools that come up most: n8n (Cloud and self-hosted), Twilio, A2P 10DLC registration, Google Sheets, Slack incoming webhooks, IMAP and SMTP email, QuickBooks Online, Xero, OpenAI API, Typeform, Jotform, Webflow, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Docker.

What you get

Concrete pieces, each one something you can open and check when it's done.

Missed call text back

Twilio number, texting registration, the three workflows, and a test call from a phone outside the business.

n8n, Twilio, Google Sheets, Slack

Lead follow-up sequence

Your form's webhook, your email account, the follow-up emails in your words, and a test lead through the whole sequence.

n8n, your form tool, SMTP and IMAP

Invoice intake

The invoice inbox, QuickBooks Online or Xero connection, the approval sheet, and a test invoice posted as a bill.

n8n, IMAP, QuickBooks Online or Xero

How we approach it

The habits that keep this kind of project from going wrong.

1

Your accounts, your name

Every account is created in your name and billed to you. We work through access you can remove at any time.

2

Least access

Each key gets only the permissions the pack needs, and we write down where each one lives.

3

A real test, not a dry run

We hand over only after a real call, lead or invoice has gone through the whole pack.

How we work

You know what you're getting before work begins, and you see it working at every milestone.

  1. You describe it

Tell us what you need in your own words, and which tools you already use. A few lines is plenty to start.

  2. A written scope

We reply with a short written scope: what gets built, what is out of scope, which accounts we need, and how we'll both know it works. You know what you're getting before work begins.

  3. Milestones you review

The work is split into milestones. At each one you see it working in your own account and sign it off before we go on.

  4. Handover and a 30-day fix window

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. If anything we built breaks in the next 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

What shapes the scope

  • Which pack, and whether it's more than one
  • n8n Cloud or self-hosted
  • Whether texting registration is needed
  • Changes beyond the pack as written

Always included

  • A written scope before work starts
  • Milestones you review and sign off
  • Documentation and a walkthrough at handover
  • A 30-day window for fixes, at no charge

Pushbuild has built software for businesses since 2010, for more than 40 clients. Every project is led by a former public-company CTO, from Groton, Massachusetts. See example builds.

Questions people ask first

Do I need to buy the pack first?

Yes. The setup is for a pack you own. If you haven't chosen one, tell us what you need and we'll say which pack fits, or whether it needs a custom build.

Whose name are the accounts in?

Yours. n8n, Twilio and every other account is created in your name and billed to you, so nothing depends on us after handover.

How long does Twilio texting registration take?

US carriers review the registration before texts are delivered reliably. We submit it for you to approve, and the scope says what we can test while it is in review.

Can you run it on our own server?

Yes. We can self-host n8n on your server or cloud account with HTTPS and backups, or use n8n Cloud if you'd rather not run a server.

What happens after handover?

For 30 days we repair anything we set up that does not work as the scope describes, at no charge. After that, further work is scoped the same way and agreed with you before we start.

Do it once, we automate it. Show us the job one time and it runs on its own after that, in the tools you already use. Not sure where to start? Start with an Automation Audit.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
