When nobody picks up, the caller gets a text from your business number within seconds, so they wait for you instead of calling the next business. This pack sets the whole thing up in your own n8n and Twilio accounts, with the follow-up built in.

What it does

  • Rings your phone first, and texts the caller only when nobody answers
  • Sends a different text outside your opening hours
  • Checks for landlines, which cannot get texts, and puts them on a callback list instead
  • Logs every missed call, reply and opt-out in a Google Sheet
  • Posts each missed call and reply to Slack
  • Reminds the team about any call nobody has handled after the time you set
  • Honours STOP and similar replies, and never texts that number again

Questions

Does it work with my phone system? It needs a Twilio number. Calls forward to any phone you choose, including your mobile or your office line.

Can replies go into my CRM? Yes. The setup guide shows where to add a HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Pipedrive step.

Is it legal to text people who called me? Replying to someone who just called you is generally treated differently from marketing texts, but rules vary by country. Your texting provider's compliance pages are the place to check, and the guide explains how to register your number.
