Pushbuild

Make scenarios your team can trust.

We build Make scenarios (formerly Integromat) for real business processes, from a simple sync to multi-branch flows with routers, iterators and data stores. Failing scenarios are traced and repaired, every scenario gets error handling, and the whole account is documented so it doesn't depend on one person. Moving from Zapier to Make is a common starting point. Whether you need a Make.com consultant to plan the work or a Make automation freelancer to build one scenario, it is scoped in writing before it starts.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from businesses before a project like this starts.

  • A scenario stops with an error and the queue of incomplete runs keeps growing.
  • Our scenarios use far more operations than we expected.
  • One person built everything in Make and the rest of the team can't follow it.
  • We want to move from Zapier to Make without breaking anything.
  • We need to connect an app Make has no module for.
  • Data arrives in the wrong format and someone fixes it by hand.

What buyers usually need

The requests that come up most often for this kind of work, and what each one takes to work properly.

01

New scenarios for one process

Routers, filters, iterators and aggregators set up so each run does what the process needs.

02

Error handling

Error routes, retries and break directives so a failed run is caught, retried where safe and reported to a person.

03

Fewer operations

Scenarios restructured with filters, instant triggers and aggregators so each record uses fewer operations.

04

Moving from Zapier

Each Zap rebuilt as a scenario, run side by side with the original, then switched over.

05

Apps without a module

HTTP modules, webhooks and custom apps for APIs Make doesn't cover.

06

Documented scenarios

Notes on each module, a naming scheme and a short guide per scenario.

Tools that come up most: Make (scenarios, routers, iterators, aggregators, data stores, webhooks, custom apps), HTTP and JSON modules, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Gmail and Outlook, Slack, OpenAI.

What you get

Concrete pieces, each one something you can open and check when it's done.

Make, your CRM, Slack

Ecommerce and accounting sync

Orders, refunds and payouts carried between the shop, the books and the warehouse.

Make, Shopify or WooCommerce, QuickBooks or Xero

Document and data processing

Files and emails read, sorted and turned into rows or records.

Make, Google Drive, Airtable

Zapier to Make migration

Each Zap rebuilt as a scenario, tested side by side and switched over.

Inventory, parallel run

Custom connections

APIs without a module, wrapped so the rest of the team can reuse them.

How we approach it

The habits that keep this kind of project from going wrong.

1

Your account, your name

We build in your Make organisation through access you can remove at any time.

2

Errors handled, not ignored

Every scenario that matters gets an error route that retries where safe and tells a person.

3

Inventory before migrating

We list every trigger, step and connection before moving anything.

How we work

A written scope first, then working progress you can check, then a proper handover.

  1. You describe it

Tell us what you need in your own words, and which tools you already use. A few lines is plenty to start.

  2. A written scope

We reply with a short written scope: what gets built, what is out of scope, which accounts we need, and how we'll both know it works. You know what you're getting before work begins.

  3. Milestones you review

The work is split into milestones. At each one you see it working in your own account and sign it off before we go on.

  4. Handover and a 30-day fix window

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. If anything we built breaks in the next 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

What shapes the scope

  • How many scenarios or processes
  • Apps without modules
  • Error handling and volume
  • Whether it's a migration from Zapier

Always included

  • A written scope before work starts
  • Milestones you review and sign off
  • Documentation and a walkthrough at handover
  • A 30-day window for fixes, at no charge

Pushbuild has built software for businesses since 2010, for more than 40 clients. Every project is led by a former public-company CTO, from Groton, Massachusetts. See example builds.

Questions people ask first

Make, Zapier or n8n?

Make handles branching and data shaping well and usually costs less than Zapier at volume. We tell you in the scope whether Make suits your processes and what it would replace.

Will our automations stop during a migration?

No. New scenarios run alongside the old ones until the test log matches, then we switch.

Can you repair scenarios someone else built?

Yes. We read the run history and incomplete executions to find the cause, repair it and write down what changed.

Do you need our passwords?

No. You invite us to your Make organisation, and connections to your apps are made in your account. You can remove our access at any time.

What happens after handover?

For 30 days we repair anything we built that does not work as the scope describes, at no charge. After that, further work is scoped the same way and agreed with you before we start.

Do it once, we automate it. Show us the job one time and it runs on its own after that, in the tools you already use. Not sure where to start? Start with an Automation Audit.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
