Pushbuild

Every lead answered, every lead followed up.

We connect where your leads come from (your website form, missed calls, Facebook lead ads, WhatsApp) to the CRM you already use: GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Pipedrive. Each new lead gets an instant text or email reply, an owner and a follow-up sequence that stops when they answer. We set it up in your accounts, test it with you using real enquiries, and stay on after launch if you want us to.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from businesses before a project like this starts.

  • Leads sit in an inbox for hours before anyone replies.
  • A missed call is a lost customer, because nobody calls back.
  • Facebook and WhatsApp leads never make it into the CRM.
  • We follow up once, then forget.
  • Nobody can say which leads were contacted and which weren't.

What buyers usually need

The requests that come up most often for this kind of work, and what each one takes to work properly.

01

Every lead source connected

Your website form, missed calls, Facebook lead ads and WhatsApp, each feeding the same CRM.

02

An instant first reply

A text or email within a minute of the enquiry, in your words, during the hours you choose.

03

An owner for every lead

Each new lead assigned to a person, in turn or by rule, with a task to call back.

04

A follow-up sequence

Reminders and follow-up messages over the following days that stop as soon as the lead replies or books.

05

A view of what happened

Which leads came in, from where, and whether each one was contacted.

Tools that come up most: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Twilio, A2P 10DLC registration, Facebook lead ads, WhatsApp Business, website forms (Webflow, WordPress, Typeform, Jotform), Gmail and Outlook, Calendly, n8n, Zapier, Make.

What you get

Concrete pieces, each one something you can open and check when it's done.

How we approach it

The habits that keep this kind of project from going wrong.

1

Your accounts, your name

Everything is built in your CRM and accounts, through access you can remove at any time.

2

Tested with real enquiries

We hand over only after a real form entry, missed call and message have gone through end to end.

3

Replies in your words

You approve every message before it goes to a customer.

How we work

You know what you're getting before work begins, and you see it working at every milestone.

  1. You describe it

Tell us what you need in your own words, and which tools you already use. A few lines is plenty to start.

  2. A written scope

We reply with a short written scope: what gets built, what is out of scope, which accounts we need, and how we'll both know it works. You know what you're getting before work begins.

  3. Milestones you review

The work is split into milestones. At each one you see it working in your own account and sign it off before we go on.

  4. Handover and a 30-day fix window

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. If anything we built breaks in the next 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

What shapes the scope

  • Which lead sources
  • Which CRM
  • Whether texting registration is needed
  • How many follow-up steps

Always included

  • A written scope before work starts
  • Milestones you review and sign off
  • Documentation and a walkthrough at handover
  • A 30-day window for fixes, at no charge

Pushbuild has built software for businesses since 2010, for more than 40 clients. Every project is led by a former public-company CTO, from Groton, Massachusetts. See example builds.

Questions people ask first

Do we need a new CRM?

No. We set it up in the CRM you already use. If you don't have one, we tell you which would suit you before we start.

Can you text from our business number?

Usually, yes. Texting in the US needs a carrier registration, which we submit for you to approve. The scope says what we can test while it is in review.

Will customers know it's automatic?

The first reply says you've got their message and when you'll be in touch, in your words. Calls and conversations stay with your team.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many lead sources and which CRM. Tell us what you use and we reply with a written scope and the price before any work starts.

What happens after handover?

For 30 days we repair anything we set up that does not work as the scope describes, at no charge. After that you can keep us on for ongoing care, or run it yourself.

Do it once, we automate it. Show us the job one time and it runs on its own after that, in the tools you already use. Not sure where to start? Start with an Automation Audit.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
