Questions
Does it work with the WhatsApp Business app on my phone? No. It needs the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), which Meta offers for business numbers.
Can I change the answers? Yes, at any time, in the Google Sheet. No changes in n8n are needed.
Can it start conversations? It replies to customers who message you. Starting conversations needs message templates approved by Meta.
