What it does
- Rings your phone first, and texts the caller only when nobody answers
- Sends a different text outside your opening hours
- Logs every missed call, reply and opt-out in your Google Sheet
- Texts you, or posts to Slack, for each missed call and reply
- Reminds you about any call nobody has handled after the time you set
- Honours STOP and similar replies, and never texts that number again
How it works
1. Subscribe below. You get an email with your settings link.
2. Get a toll-free number from us, or paste your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token and pick your number.
3. Write your two texts, set your opening hours, and share a Google Sheet with the address on the page.
4. Save, then call your number from another phone and let it ring out.
If you cancel, your Twilio number goes back to how it was before.

Questions
Does it work with my phone system? It needs a Twilio number. Calls forward to any phone you choose, including your mobile or your office line.
What happens to my number if I cancel? If it's your Twilio number, we put its call and text settings back the way they were. If it's a number from us, it's paused, and comes back if you subscribe again.
How long until texts go out on a number from you? Calls work straight away. US carriers need toll-free numbers registered before they deliver texts, which usually takes a few days. We text you when it's approved.
Can I change my texts later? Yes. Your settings link opens the same page any time.
Is it legal to text people who called me? Replying to someone who just called you is generally treated differently from marketing texts, but rules vary by country. Twilio's compliance pages explain how to register your number.
