Pushbuild

Shopify HubSpot integration that puts purchase data where your team works.

Customers, orders and products move from Shopify into HubSpot, matched by email so each buyer is one contact with their order history attached. Lists, workflows and reports can then use what people actually bought. Each sync is logged, and a record that cannot sync is sent to you with the reason. Before we build, we write down the scope and agree it with you.

Start your integration

Sound familiar?

What Shopify stores using HubSpot for marketing and sales tell us before a project starts.

  • Our HubSpot contacts have no idea what anyone has bought.
  • We export Shopify customers to a spreadsheet to build email lists.
  • Wholesale buyers order in Shopify but the sales team works in HubSpot.
  • The same customer shows up three times in HubSpot.
  • We can't see revenue by campaign because orders never reach the CRM.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Contacts matched by email

Shopify customers become HubSpot contacts, matched by email and merged with records from forms and ads, with the fields you choose kept in step.

Orders on the contact record

Each order appears on the contact with its products, value and status, so lists and workflows can use total spend, last order date or products bought.

Lists and workflows on purchase data

Lists for first-time buyers, lapsed customers and big spenders, and workflows for follow-ups and win-back emails, built in HubSpot from the synced data.

Wholesale as deals

Wholesale or B2B orders create or update HubSpot deals in their own pipeline, so the sales team sees them next to their other work.

Alerts when a sync fails

A record that cannot sync goes to email or Slack with the Shopify reference and the cause, and can be replayed once it is repaired.

Reports on revenue by source

Dashboards that tie orders back to the campaign, form or ad that brought the customer in.

The two tools: Shopify, HubSpot.

Also connected on request: Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Slack.

Questions people ask first

Isn't there already a native connector or app for this?

Connectors for Shopify and HubSpot exist, and for some businesses they are enough. We check yours first. If it fits, we set it up properly. If its limits are the problem, we build around them.

Will it change our existing data?

Only in the ways agreed. We test against a copy or a test account first and compare the results with yours before anything touches the live HubSpot.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It runs in your own Shopify and HubSpot accounts, and the notes we hand over explain how to change it.

How do we start?

Tell us what you want HubSpot to know about your buyers and how you use it today. We reply with questions or a written scope.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
