Sound familiar?
What teams reporting in Looker Studio tell us before a project starts.
- The dashboard and the CRM show different revenue.
- Someone pastes data into a Sheet every Monday so the report works.
- Reports take a minute to load or show errors.
- We have ten dashboards and nobody trusts any of them.
- We cannot see ad spend next to the sales it brought in.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Data pulled in on a schedule
Ads, CRM, shop and accounting data loaded into Sheets or BigQuery automatically, so nothing is pasted by hand.
ETL and data pipelinesNumbers checked against the source
Each metric defined in writing and tied back to the system it comes from, with mismatches explained.
Dashboards and reportingSpend to revenue
Ad spend by campaign joined to leads and sales, so cost per customer is one chart.
Dashboards and reportingOne owner report
The few numbers the owner checks each week on one page, emailed on schedule.
Dashboards and reportingClient reports for agencies
A template per client with their own data and branding, created from one master.
Dashboards and reportingWhat we connect it to: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, BigQuery, HubSpot, Shopify, QuickBooks, Meta Ads.
Industries that use it: Marketing agencies, Ecommerce, Real estate, Home builders, Dental.
Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Ad spend to booked jobs
Example: a home services company wants Google and Meta ad spend next to booked jobs from its CRM, by week and by campaign.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM export, BigQuery, Looker StudioExample project
The Monday paste, gone
Example: an online shop's weekly sales report relied on a pasted export. Orders now load into BigQuery overnight.

Questions people ask first
Is Looker Studio the same as Looker?
No. Looker Studio is Google's free reporting tool. Looker is a separate paid product. Most small teams need Looker Studio.
Do we need BigQuery?
Not always. Sheets is fine for small volumes. BigQuery helps when data is large or comes from many places.
Can you fix our existing dashboards?
Yes. We check each number against its source, repair what is wrong, and remove what nobody uses.
