Pushbuild

Facebook and Instagram leads that reach your team while they are still interested.

We do not run campaigns. We connect what the ads produce to the rest of your business: an instant-form lead lands in your CRM and in someone's phone within seconds, sales send their results back through the Conversions API, and a report shows spend next to what you booked. The scope is written down for you to approve first.

Sound familiar?

What businesses advertising on Meta tell us before a project starts.

  • Facebook leads are downloaded as a spreadsheet once a week, long after they have gone cold.
  • We never find out which leads turned into customers, so the ads cannot learn from them.
  • Our pixel reports one number, our CRM another, and nobody trusts either.
  • Leads from instant forms arrive with half the fields missing or in the wrong format.
  • The person who runs the ads and the person who answers leads never see the same data.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Instant-form leads into the CRM in seconds

New leads picked up through Meta's webhooks, cleaned (phone format, name case, duplicates) and created as contacts with form, ad set and ad stored.

CRM setup and lead pipelines API integrations and data sync

Immediate response

A text or call task to the right person the moment a lead arrives, and a first message to the lead, with retries if nobody picks up.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation GoHighLevel setup

Conversions API

Server-side events for leads, bookings and purchases sent to Meta alongside the pixel, with event IDs to avoid double counting and customer data hashed as Meta requires.

API integrations and data sync

Lead quality feedback

Stages from your CRM, such as qualified or sold, sent back so Meta sees which leads were worth having.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation CRM setup and lead pipelines

Spend and results reporting

Spend, leads, booked calls and sales by campaign and ad, refreshed daily and placed next to your CRM figures.

Dashboards and reporting ETL and data pipelines

Alerts

A message when leads stop arriving, a form disconnects from the CRM, or a lead sits unanswered past your own limit.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

What we connect it to: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make.

Industries that use it: Coaches and consultants, Fitness, Real estate, Solar, Ecommerce.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Gym lead answered in under a minute

Example: a gym runs an instant form for a trial week. Each submission becomes a contact, a text goes to the lead, and the front desk gets a task with the form answers.

Meta lead webhook, CRM, SMS

Example project

Coaching calls sent back as conversions

Example: a coach counts a booked discovery call as a win. When the call is booked in the calendar, that event is sent to Meta through the Conversions API with the lead's hashed email.

Conversions API, calendar tool, n8n

Example project

Store purchases matched to ad spend

Example: an online shop wants Meta spend and Shopify orders in one daily table, so the owner sees revenue per campaign without opening two dashboards.

Questions people ask first

Do you manage the ads themselves?

No. We build the connections and the reporting. Whoever runs your campaigns keeps doing so, with data that is faster and cleaner.

Is the Conversions API difficult to set up?

It needs care more than cleverness: matching events to the pixel, hashing customer data and avoiding duplicates. We test it with Meta's own event tools before we call it done.

What if our leads come from several forms and pages?

We route them all into one place with the source recorded, so you can compare them side by side.
