Questions people ask first

Doesn't HubSpot have SMS?

HubSpot's SMS add-on is limited to some plans and regions. Twilio gives you your own numbers and full control of what is sent and logged.

Will it change our existing data?

Only in the ways agreed. Everything is tested on a copy or a sandbox first, and we keep a log of every change.

Can we use our existing number?

Often, yes. Many numbers can be moved to Twilio, or texts can be sent from a new local number.
