Sound familiar?
What teams collecting leads in Typeform and working them in HubSpot tell us before a project starts.
- Form answers arrive in an email and someone copies them into HubSpot.
- A lead filled in the form twice and now there are two contacts.
- Everything the person told us ends up in one notes box.
- A response got lost and the prospect never heard back.
- I can't tell which form or ad a contact came from.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Questions to properties
Each question maps to a HubSpot property, with dropdown and multiple-choice answers matched to the same values so lists and reports work.
CRM setup and lead pipelines API integrations and data syncCreate or update, never duplicate
A response looks up the contact by email first and updates it, so a second submission adds to the record and does not create a copy.
n8n, Make and Zapier automation CRM setup and lead pipelinesRouting, scoring and hidden fields
Answers decide the owner, the pipeline stage and any follow-up task, and hidden fields carry the source, campaign and page so you know where the lead came from.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationAlerts when a response fails
A missing email, a rejected value or a lapsed connection sends the response link and cause to email or Slack, and the response is replayed once repaired.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationBackfill of earlier responses
Past responses are exported, matched to existing contacts and loaded in a dry run first, so you review the result before it goes live.
ETL and data pipelines Python scripts and utilitiesField list and notes
You receive a one-page list of every form field and where it lands, so changing a question later does not quietly break the link.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Quote request to a deal
Example: a landscaping company wants each quote form to create a HubSpot contact and a deal in the first stage, with the job type and postcode filled in.
Typeform webhooks, HubSpot API, Slack alertsExample project
Qualifying quiz for a coach
Example: a business coach with a short quiz wants high scorers sent straight to the owner as a task and the rest placed in a nurture list.
Typeform, HubSpot workflows, emailExample project
Event registration
Example: a trade association wants each registration to update the member's contact, add them to an event list and flag dietary needs on the record.
Typeform, HubSpot lists, Google SheetsQuestions people ask first
Isn't there already a native connector or app for this?
Typeform has a HubSpot integration, and HubSpot has its own forms. For simple lead capture that is often enough. We check yours first. If it fits, we set it up properly. If you need routing, duplicate handling or alerts it does not give you, we build that around it.
Will it change our existing contacts?
Only in the ways agreed. We say which properties may be overwritten and which are only filled when empty.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in your own Typeform and HubSpot accounts, with notes on how to change it.
How do we start?
Send us the form and tell us what should happen when someone submits it. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
