Doesn't ShipStation connect to Shopify already?
Yes, for straightforward orders. We add the rules it can't handle on its own, such as bundles, holds and routing between warehouses.
Will it change our existing data?
Only in the ways agreed. Everything is tested on a copy or a sandbox first, and we keep a log of every change.
Does it work with other shipping tools?
Yes. The same rules can feed ShipStation, ShipBob, Shippo or a 3PL's own system.
