Payments taken through Stripe outside your store, recorded as Shopify orders.

Some sales happen outside the Shopify checkout: invoices, payment links, events, wholesale or a separate booking site. Those Stripe payments never reach Shopify, so stock, customer history and reports are wrong. A custom setup creates the Shopify order from each Stripe payment, matches the customer and products, and handles refunds. Every run is logged, and anything that cannot be matched is sent to you. We write down the scope and agree it with you before we start.

Can Shopify use Stripe at checkout?

Shopify checkout runs on Shopify Payments or the providers Shopify supports. This is for Stripe payments you take elsewhere.

Will customers get Shopify emails?

Only if you want them to; order emails can be turned off for these orders.

Does it work with subscriptions?

Yes, each renewal can create an order.
