Sound familiar?
What sales teams that book meetings in Calendly and track them in Salesforce tell us before a project starts.
- Reps type booked meetings into Salesforce by hand.
- New prospects who book are never created as leads.
- Booking question answers stay in Calendly.
- Cancellations and no-shows are not recorded.
- Nobody can report on meetings booked by source.

Calendly webhooks, Salesforce APIQuestions people ask first
Doesn't Calendly integrate with Salesforce already?
Calendly's own integration covers basic event logging on some plans. We build around it when you need custom matching, question answers in fields, no-show handling or reports.
How does it find the right record?
By email first, then by the rules we agree, such as company domain. Anything it cannot match is created as a lead or sent to you.
Does it work with round-robin booking?
Yes. The assigned host becomes the owner of the event.
Want this as a ready-made pack?
We are turning the most requested integrations into ready-made n8n workflows you import and run in your own accounts. Tell us you want this one and we will email you when it is ready.
