Pushbuild

Salesforce connected to the tools your team really works in.

We connect Salesforce to the systems around it and automate the repeat work: lead routing, record updates, follow-up and reporting. We build on the Salesforce API and your existing setup, not around it. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What businesses on Salesforce tell us before a project starts.

  • Reps spend more time updating Salesforce than selling.
  • Leads from the website and ads arrive late or in the wrong queue.
  • Billing and support live in other tools and nobody sees the full customer.
  • Reports need exporting to a spreadsheet and cleaning before leadership can read them.
  • Only one person knows how our flows and fields are set up.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Lead capture and routing

Web forms, ads and chat sent into Salesforce as leads, assigned by rule, with a first-touch task and an alert for the owner.

CRM setup and lead pipelines API integrations and data sync

Record updates without typing

Emails, calls, calendar events and form answers logged to the right account and contact automatically.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Billing and support links

Invoices, subscription status and support tickets shown against the account, so a rep sees the whole customer.

API integrations and data sync Stripe integration and billing

Data import and cleanup

Spreadsheets and old CRM exports cleaned, de-duplicated and loaded with a mapping you can review.

Python scripts and utilities

Reports in a dashboard

Pipeline, activity and revenue pulled from Salesforce on a schedule into a dashboard or a sheet leaders actually open.

Dashboards and reporting ETL and data pipelines

Documentation of what exists

A written map of your flows, fields and integrations, so you know what is there before you change it.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example: a logistics broker wants quote requests from its website created as Salesforce leads, assigned by lane, with the rep notified and a task set.

Salesforce API, web forms, Slack

Example project

Account view with billing

Example: a services firm wants invoice and payment status shown on each Salesforce account so renewals are not missed.

Salesforce, Stripe, QuickBooks

Example project

Weekly pipeline report

Example: a sales director wants one page each Monday showing pipeline by rep, stage and source, without anyone exporting reports.

Questions people ask first

Do you build inside Salesforce or around it?

Both. Small changes go in as flows and fields. Anything that needs other systems is usually built through the API.

Can you work with our Salesforce admin?

Yes. We prefer to. They know the rules of your org, and we follow them.

Do you replace Salesforce?

Only if you ask. If a lighter tool would suit you better, we will say so and compare the options, and the decision is yours.

How do we start?
