Pushbuild

Odoo Xero integration that keeps both systems in step.

Sales, stock or projects run in Odoo while the books stay in Xero. A two-way sync sends invoices and bills to Xero and brings payments back to Odoo, with rules for which side wins when both change. Every run is logged, and a record that cannot sync is sent to you with the reason. We write down the scope and agree it with you before we start.

Start your integration

Sound familiar?

What Businesses running Odoo with books in Xero tell us before a project starts.

  • Invoices are raised in Odoo and typed into Xero again.
  • Payments recorded in Xero never show as paid in Odoo.
  • Customers are edited in one system and the other keeps the old address.
  • Tax rates and accounts are mapped differently in each system.
  • The accountant wants Xero, the team wants Odoo, and nobody wants to retype.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Contacts both ways

Customers and suppliers are matched by email or tax number, created where missing, and edits flow both ways under a rule that says which side wins.

QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot integrations API integrations and data sync

Invoices and bills to Xero

Posted Odoo invoices, credit notes and vendor bills reach Xero with their lines, tax rates and accounts mapped once and kept in a table you can change.

Payments back to Odoo

Payments and reconciliations in Xero mark the matching Odoo invoice as paid, so sales and stock teams see the real status.

Alerts on a failed record

A missing tax rate, an unmapped account or a locked period sends the record and cause to email or Slack, and it can be replayed once repaired.

Backfill and reconciliation

Past records from your chosen date are loaded into a test organisation first, compared with your books, and only then synced live; a weekly report lists anything out of step.

Also connected on request: Odoo, Xero, Google Sheets, Slack.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Wholesale orders invoiced once

Example: a distributor runs sales and stock in Odoo and wants each posted invoice in Xero within minutes, so the bookkeeper stops retyping.

Odoo XML-RPC / JSON-RPC, Xero API, Slack alerts

Example project

Paid status for the sales team

Example: a services firm wants payments reconciled in Xero to mark Odoo invoices paid, so account managers stop asking finance.

Questions people ask first

Isn't there already a connector for this?

Odoo apps and third-party connectors for Xero exist, and some fit well. We look at yours first. If it fits, we set it up properly. If the way it handles tax, multiple companies or conflicts is the problem, we build around those limits.

Which Odoo versions work?

Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and self-hosted Community or Enterprise all expose an API. Older versions may need small changes, which we check at the start.

Will it change our existing books?

Only in the ways agreed. Everything is tested on a copy first and we keep a log of every change.

Want this as a ready-made pack?
