Selling on eBay and Shopify means two stock counts, and an item that sells on one can still be bought on the other. Apps cover the simple cases. A custom setup is for your rules: which products go to eBay and at what price, stock held back per channel, eBay orders brought into Shopify or your shipping tool, and bundles or variants that do not map one to one.
