Pushbuild

HubSpot QuickBooks integration that invoices a deal the moment it is won.

Deals close in HubSpot and the invoice is typed again in QuickBooks Online. The integration creates the customer and invoice from the deal and its line items, and marks the deal paid in HubSpot when the payment lands. Every run is logged, and a record that cannot sync is sent to you with the reason. We write down the scope and agree it with you before we start.

Sound familiar?

What Teams that sell in HubSpot and invoice in QuickBooks tell us before a project starts.

  • Someone copies won deals into QuickBooks at the end of each week.
  • Sales can't see whether a customer has paid.
  • Product names in HubSpot don't match items in QuickBooks.
  • Customers are created twice with slightly different names.
  • Recurring deals need an invoice every month and someone has to remember.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Won deal to invoice

A deal moving to won creates the QuickBooks invoice with its line items, tax and terms, using the items you map once.

Questions people ask first

Isn't there already a connector for this?

HubSpot and QuickBooks have marketplace apps and connectors, and many teams run well on one. We look at yours first. If it fits, we set it up properly. If how it maps line items, tax or partial payments is the problem, we build around those limits.

Will it change our existing data?

Only in the ways agreed. Everything is tested on a copy or a sandbox first, and we keep a log of every change.

Does it work with QuickBooks Desktop?

This page is about QuickBooks Online. Desktop needs a different connector, which we can look at.
