Sound familiar?
What small businesses that take orders and bookings over WhatsApp tell us before a project starts.
- Orders are copied from chats by hand.
- Requests get missed on busy days.
- The same customer is listed twice.
- Customers ask on WhatsApp whether their order is ready.
- There is no record of who asked for what.

WhatsApp webhooks, Apps ScriptQuestions people ask first
Does this read our personal WhatsApp?
No. It uses a WhatsApp Business number on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Can it send messages from the sheet?
Yes, within WhatsApp's rules: free replies within 24 hours of the customer's message, approved templates after that.
Can it move to a CRM later?
Yes. The same setup can write to HubSpot or GoHighLevel instead of, or as well as, the sheet.
