Of 17,203 tax-delinquent parcels in Dallas County, 2,413 also carry a foreclosure flag and 1,566 an estate or heir flag; 329 carry all three. Tarrant County, next door and read the same way, has 5 with all three.

Caveats
Snapshot of 2026-11-07. "Foreclosure" means a tax suit or foreclosure is recorded against the parcel in the county's delinquent-tax records. "Estate or heir" means the owner name of record reads as an estate, heirs or a deceased person (EST OF, ESTATE, HEIRS, DECD, DECEASED), the same test in both counties; Tarrant's tiny count likely reflects how its owner names are recorded, not fewer estates, and is being checked.
