Between October 22 and November 7, 2026, Tarrant County's list of tax-delinquent parcels fell from 10,237 to 9,786, a drop of 451. Dallas County's fell from 17,571 to 17,203, a drop of 368, or 2.1%. In those 16 days 548 Tarrant parcels and 404 Dallas parcels left the list, and Tarrant added 235 foreclosure flags in one day, October 24.
