Does AMS360 have an API?
Vertafore offers API access for AMS360 that the agency has to subscribe to, set up through Vertafore's developer portal. If you do not have it, we build on AMS360's reports and exports.
Will our staff work differently in AMS360?
No. AMS360 stays the system of record. We take the copying and sorting around it off their desks.
Can you work with our carrier downloads?
We work with what reaches AMS360 and the reports it produces. We do not change carrier download settings without your administrator.
