CDC National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System weekly tables: cases this week, 52-week maximum and year-to-date counts this and last year for measles, pertussis, Lyme disease, hepatitis, salmonellosis, tuberculosis and 100+ conditions by state, region and US total.
