firstName | string | Individual provider first name (trailing * for wildcard). |
lastName | string | Individual provider last name (trailing * for wildcard). |
organizationName | string | Clinic, hospital or group name (trailing * for wildcard). |
type | string: any, individual, organization | Limit to individuals or organizations. Default: "any". |
searches | list of strings | Extra searches, each an object with the same fields as above, e.g. [{"taxonomy":"Optometrist","state":"CO"}]. |
maxResultsPerSearch | integer | The registry returns at most 1,200 per search; narrow by city or ZIP for more. Default: 200. |
maxItems | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: 100. |
