What it returns
A market-wide feed of event-driven SEC EDGAR filings, with item codes, tickers and the exact EDGAR acceptance time.
`form`, `filedDate`, `acceptanceDateTime` (ET), `company`, `tickers`, `cik`, `otherParties` (e.g. the 13D filer or Form 144 seller), `items`, `itemDescriptions`, `periodOfReport`, `accessionNumber`, `fileNumbers`, `sic`, `stateOfIncorporation`, `url`.

POST https://api.pushbuild.com/sec-filing-events/run with a JSON body. Send your key in the X-API-Key header.

tickers | list of strings | Only filings by or about these companies. Empty = all companies. |
ciks | list of strings | Only filings by or about these SEC CIK numbers. |
dateFrom | string | YYYY-MM-DD. Default: yesterday. |
dateTo | string | YYYY-MM-DD. Default: today. |
extraForms | list of strings | Any other EDGAR form types to add, e.g. 424B2 (structured notes, very high volume), S-8, 6-K, 425. |
includeAcceptanceTime | boolean | Look up the exact EDGAR acceptance timestamp for each filing (one extra request per filing). Default: true. |
maxItems | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: 100. |
