What it returns
Demographic and economic profiles for any US ZIP code, city or town, county or state, from the Census Bureau's American Community Survey 5-year estimates (the latest release by default).
Population, median age, under-18 and 65+ shares, sex, Hispanic, White, Black and Asian shares, foreign-born and non-English-at-home shares, households and household size, median and mean household income, per-capita income, poverty rate, unemployment rate, uninsured rate, mean commute, high-school and bachelor's attainment, broadband, housing units, vacancy, owner and renter shares, median home value and median gross rent, with FIPS codes.
Common uses
Market sizing and site selection, real-estate and rental analysis, sales territory planning, lead scoring by area, grant writing, journalism and research. Pay per area.
