What it returns
The weekly USDA Crop Progress report as clean rows: one row per crop, area and week, with every stage the report carries, the crop condition ratings, and the comparisons traders look at first.

states | list of strings | Two-letter state codes, e.g. IA, IL, NE. Empty = national (US total). |
allStates | boolean | Every state that reports the crop, instead of the US total. Default: false. |
years | list of strings | Crop years, e.g. 2026. Default: the current year. Up to 15 per run. |
compareLastYear | boolean | Add good/excellent and progress for the same week a year earlier. Default: true. |
latestOnly | boolean | Return only the most recent week for each crop and area. Default: false. |
maxItems | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: 100. |
