Sound familiar?
What teams running on Outlook tell us before a project starts.
- We send a quote and then hope someone remembers to chase it.
- Customer emails are not recorded in the CRM, so nobody sees the history.
- Attachments pile up in the inbox and get saved by hand when someone has time.
- Rules in Outlook only work on one computer.
- Calendar invites and meeting notes are managed by hand.

Example project
Quote chaser
Example: a distributor emails quotes from Outlook. Any quote with no reply after four days is listed for the rep with a draft nudge, and closed ones drop off the list.
Outlook, QuickBooks, a simple trackerExample project
Order emails to a sheet
Example: a manufacturer gets purchase orders as attachments. The details are read into a sheet, checked against the price list, and the file is saved under the customer.
Outlook, PDF extraction, SharePointExample project
Shared inbox board
Example: an accounting firm shares a client mailbox. Each message gets an owner and a due date on a board, and the manager sees what is waiting.
Outlook, Microsoft Teams, a dashboardQuestions people ask first
Does this work with Microsoft 365 and the desktop app?
The connections run against your Microsoft 365 mailbox, so they work whichever way people open Outlook. Older locally hosted setups may need a different approach, which we check first.
Do we need Power Automate?
Not necessarily. If you already use it we can build there. Otherwise we choose the simplest tool that fits and tell you why.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.
How do we start?
Tell us which tools you use and the one thing that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.
