Caveats
Form 4 filings dated November 1, 2025 to November 6, 2026, transaction code P (open-market or private purchase) in common stock only, for current S&P 500 members. Duplicate rows from joint filers are counted once (same company, date, shares and price). "Insider" is the SEC's Section 16 definition: officers, directors and holders of more than 10% of a class of stock.
