Caveats
Form 4 filings dated November 1, 2025 to November 6, 2026, transaction code S (open-market or private sale) in common stock, single transactions of $1 million or more, current S&P 500 members. Joint filings are counted once (same company, date, shares and price). Rows with an impossible price (over $20,000 a share, filer typos such as $1,031,414 for Eli Lilly) are dropped. One holder can file through several entities: Silver Lake's funds at Dell file under separate names, so the "largest seller" column shows the largest single filer.
