What it returns
Licensed child care providers from ten state licensing agencies, in one schema: provider id, name, type (center, family or group home, school-age program), status, city, county, ZIP, licensed capacity, ages served, license issue and expiry dates, quality rating, subsidy participation and, for Texas, inspections and violations found in the last three years.

Refreshed weekly. Street addresses, phone numbers, emails and contact names are not included, and home-based providers carry no coordinates, so latitude/longitude searches return centers only.

groupBy | string: state, city, county, zip, providerType, qualityRating | Return provider and seat counts per group. |
maxItems | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: 100. |
